There is a water spring in our place.
When we drink this water, we can feel its savor and also,
the rice prepared in this water is known as "exquisite".
It's suitable to simmer the vegetables and it makes the food taste richer.

Sliced beef, vegetables, tofu, and shiitake mushrooms are cooked with a broth of soy sauce, sugar, and sake in a pot. We eat the cooked items with a beaten raw egg (a raw egg is optional).

Beef shabu-shabu is a Japanese dish where very thinly sliced beef is cooked in a traditional hot-pot full of boiling broth. The meat is cooked by gently dipping and waving it around in the broth with chopsticks. The beef is so thin you can almost see through it, so it cooks quickly and is ready to eat as soon as its color changes.
